Carole runs the consultancy. She has over 37-years’ experience in PR, working across technology, software, retail, NHS, health and patient advocacy groups. But her heart lies in health and, particularly, the psychology behind beliefs and behaviours. She heads 90TEN adherence, provides thought leadership across client accounts, drinks a lot of coffee, and is happy to meet up for a stimulating chat, help with a difficult problem or to discuss future opportunities for the business. Outside the office she enjoys long walks with her working cocker spaniel, Dexter.
Paul provides Board leadership and overseas the strategy and direction of the consultancy. His passion is in creating programmes that improve people’s lives. He believes that when people are actively involved in creating solutions for their community, that change becomes effortless. With a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing, Paul started his career in FMCG marketing before moving into healthcare 15-years ago. His experience spans medical education, public relations, advocacy and patient engagement, working for UK, European and global clients. He’s always open to meeting up over a coffee to discuss brand and business challenges and possible solutions. Outside of work, Paul loves to ski, swim and do anything he can to avoid DIY.
Peter heads up 90TEN Communications. Having worked for leading healthcare communications agencies, patient NGOs and blue-chip companies, he has extensive experience in delivering PR programmes for international and UK clients. He studied pharmacology at King’s College London and brings high level strategic thinking, a creative approach and a flair for design to the team. When he’s not at 90TEN, he can be found out and about in the countryside on his motorbike.
Alison heads up 90TEN Medical and is an experienced business leader with over 15 years’ experience translating scientific content into credible and compelling communications for a range of health clients. Alison has a PhD in Medicine from the University of Sydney and undertook a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Southern California. Outside of work Alison loves exploring the world with India being a favourite destination.
With a degree in biochemistry, Claire loves working on some of the most life-changing therapies. Claire brings a competitive streak and a big smile to 90TEN. She can be found exploring London’s best eateries and planning her next scuba diving trip.
Sabrina is Head of Client Services, supporting the teams’ delivery against client objectives and establishing strong, mutually respectful partnerships. She particularly prides herself on strategic, creative thinking and when she’s not delivering highly creative healthcare campaigns she can be found crafting her own jewellery or making bespoke designs for others.
Melanie brings with her experience in strategic scientific consultancy and has a passion for growing happy teams to deliver creative medical communications programmes. With a PhD in clinical neuroscience from the University of Oxford, Melanie is especially interested in diseases which affect the brain. In her spare time she loves to cook, is a music aficionado and an avid globetrotter.
Mark loves telling a beautifully crafted story. This means at 90TEN he is busy ensuring all content is not only scientifically robust but compelling too. Outside of work, following the success of his debut published novel, he is immersed in writing his next one.
Stephanie loves working with people from different places and with different perspectives. This drives her passion for developing global healthcare communications programmes, and she has been involved in a number of high profile global launches and campaigns throughout her career. When she’s not putting her love of language to use at work, she’s putting it to use on her travels.
James’ unique approach means he loves to do things differently and is always looking to produce standout work that will make a difference.
Heading up 90TEN’s data visualisation offer, he has a passion for bringing science to life and making it accessible to all audiences. When he’s not writing, he can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen or sampling rum down the pub.
Jenny uses behaviour change techniques to develop highly strategic campaigns for her clients that drive results and ultimately change lives, injecting fun and a smile along the way. Outside of work, Jenny has a passion for the great outdoors and can often be found either on a beach in Cornwall or hiking around her home in Bristol.
With a background in media and broadcast, Amy brings a love for news, social affairs and patient engagement to the 90TEN team. When not searching for the next big trend, Amy can be found in the markets of East London trying all the foodie delights the capital has to offer.
Along with her psychology background, Danielle uses her commitment and passion for all things healthcare to deliver highly impactful campaigns. When she’s not doing that, you can find her eating her way around the world, one country at a time.
With a degree in biology, Zoe enjoys bringing together her scientific knowledge and passion for communication to deliver creative campaigns that change lives. Outside of work you’ll find Zoe training for her next sporting event and trying to keep her ever growing plant collection alive.
Phil is passionate about how the latest scientific developments can help to improve people’s lives. Outside of work he divides his time between going to gigs and trying to entertain his son.
With a strong ambition of working on life changing patient initiatives, Jaya’s writing skills helps bring the detailed side of science to life, using creative storytelling, while still retaining the all-important scientific facts. When not looking for the next medical breakthrough, Jaya loves taking long country walks with her (very active) Beagle Dexter!
Catherine is an organisational expert and a key member of the medical education project delivery team. Her degree in neuroscience has given her a good grounding in all things science. In her spare time she gravitates back to her hometown to horse ride in the New Forest and sail in the Solent.
With a first class honours degree in biological science, Laura combines scientific excellence with a tenacious eye for detail and provides client service excellence to the medical education division. With a passion for travel, she loves nothing more than exploring Europe – one city break at a time.
With a degree in neuroscience, Rosie uses her love of the brain and all things healthcare to manage a variety of medical education activities. Outside of the office she spends her time exploring London and planning her next trip to the sunshine.
With a degree in psychology and an acquired appreciation of the unexpected – Sarah loves all things issues management. Outside the office, she similarly enjoys any activity that can get her heart racing – from running to drumming.
Whether it’s vaccines, biosimilars or gay men’s sexual health, Pieter likes to get stuck into a variety of challenging communications issues. Pieter is known as the ‘snack king’ and enjoys providing his pod buddies with chocolate. In his spare time he enjoys listening to podcasts on long walks and trying to cook all of Ottolenghi’s recipes.
With a background in heading up a press office, hosting a radio broadcast, and regularly securing world-class coverage, Zuzanna brings a real passion for UK and global media relations for truly impactful results to the 90TEN team. With a background in Anthropology, she is interested in different cultures, perspectives, and languages. Outside of work, she is an avid fitness enthusiast and can often be seen running around Clapham Common with the 90TEN Running Club.
With a passion for communicating science, Jack loves making disease biology and other medical concepts accessible for media and consumers. Out of the office, Jack enjoys long walks followed by discovering cosy pubs to hole up in.
Rebecca has a masters in politics – which means she is passionate about working on campaigns that make a real difference to people’s lives. When she’s not in the 90TEN office, Rebecca usually has her nose in a good book or can be found working her way through a Netflix series.
A keen eye for detail and a questioning mind, Loni loves the challenge of marrying clients’ strategy with the medical minutiae to create and manage programs that challenge the status quo. A keen sailor, when not himself afloat, Loni is often found trying to float tall, salty-dog tales in seaside taverns to anyone who’ll listen.
With a background in biological sciences and anthropology, James brings a scientific and human perspective to medical communications. Away from his desk, James can be found on the Tideway, tending to his urban garden, or with his head in a book.
Ellen likes to keep her finger on the pulse of what is going on in the world of science and technology. At 90TEN, she combines factual and technical accuracy with creativity to deliver a range of compelling content. Outside of work, Ellen loves travelling to exotic places, languages and sampling the local food and drinks
With a background in Pharmacy, Tajinder’s passion is to impact patients lives through communications and life changing campaigns. Outside of work, Tajinder can be found studying for her Masters degree in Public Health, or hitting up London’s best cocktail bars.
Having graduated with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, Megan brings a passion for healthcare and all things science to the 90TEN Medical team. In her spare time she can be found shopping the latest trends or having brunch with friends.
Tom’s passion for science and all things healthcare, combined with his enthusiastic work ethic make him a great asset to the medical education team. Outside of work, you’re most likely to find him flipping around in the gym.
With a charity sector background in public health and blood cancer, Bea is a passionate campaigner on social and health inequalities. When she’s not looking for new ways to advocate the women’s health agenda, she’s just as happy up a hill in the Yorkshire Dales as she is dancing in Peckham till the early hours.
With a degree in genetics, Iain is passionate about bringing great science and healthcare together to help those who need it most.
Outside of the office, Iain can usually be found spending way too much money going to gigs or shouting with anguish at the TV when Rangers are playing.
With a passion for improving people’s lives, Annie helps the account team to deliver life changing healthcare campaigns. Outside of work you can find her topping up her tan in the park and listening to ABBA on repeat.
With a background in oncology and a passion for behavioural science, Angelique brings a deep love and understanding of scientific research and communications to her teams. When she’s not got her head stuck in a book about the latest trend in behavioural psychology, she spends her weekends frantically cleaning her flat whilst singing along to 80s hits.
Bruna is originally from sunny Croatia, and is passionate about multimedia health journalism with experience in producing content for the BBC and MailOnline and creating a male breast cancer documentary. Outside work Bruna is found drinking coffee and progressing her initiative for tackling youth unemployment.
With a background in biomedical science, Emilie brings a love of all things health to 90TEN, helping the team to develop campaigns which change people’s lives. When not in the office, Emilie can be found sampling South-West London’s finest cuisine, and is most at home in Tooting’s famous markets.
With a background in biomedical sciences and a profound interest in women’s health, Aalia is passionate about improving patient’s lives and access to healthcare. Outside of work, she can be found shopping for the her latest bargain and eating her way through London’s top street food spots.
With a background in medical biology, Rosie is eager to help the Medical Education team deliver healthcare campaigns that really make a difference. Alternatively you can find her jetting off to exotic places or, more often, stopping strangers in the street to pat their dogs.
Kirstin breathes life into every project with her artistic flair and eye for aesthetics. She loves all things creative, and spends time outside of work crafting and visiting exhibitions. Her talents and interests aren’t just limited to artistic pursuits, as she loves to travel and challenge herself; she has trekked in the Andes in Peru, walked from coast to coast, and spends as much time as possible in the great outdoors.
Emma is passionate about design and creativity. Her insights and unique approach help 90TEN’s campaigns stand out fron the crowd. Outside of work Emma enjoys running, spending time with her family and travelling.
Passionate about all things HR, Anushka’s role is to nurture and grow the 90TEN team. When Anushka is not working she can be found researching her next handbag purchase or failing that, designing it herself!
Kathleen has a 18 year background in IT Sales, and has the challenge of keeping the 90TEN team and office in order. When she’s not multitasking at super speed to keep everything running smoothly – she enjoys Horse Riding, going to the cinema and country walks.
With a keen eye on the numbers, Duncan is responsible for leading the commercial and financial operations of the 90TEN business. When Duncan is not crunching numbers, most of his time is spent being a football coach, a swimming teacher, a maths tutor and a taxi driver to his five children.
Marc has a background in accounting in the media and entertainment industry, PR and the financial sector. Beyond crunching numbers, he can be found on a bike, or playing Sudoku, Scrabble or chess.
Victoria has a love of numbers and attention to detail, and with her AAT qualification and over 3 years’ experience within finance industry, she makes sure the accounts department runs smoothly. Outside of work you can find Victoria training at the gym or practicing Salsa dancing.
