Paul provides Board leadership and overseas the strategy and direction of the consultancy. His passion is in creating programmes that improve people’s lives. He believes that when people are actively involved in creating solutions for their community, that change becomes effortless. With a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing, Paul started his career in FMCG marketing before moving into healthcare 15-years ago. His experience spans medical education, public relations, advocacy and patient engagement, working for UK, European and global clients. He’s always open to meeting up over a coffee to discuss brand and business challenges and possible solutions. Outside of work, Paul loves to ski, swim and do anything he can to avoid DIY.
Peter heads up 90TEN Communications. Having worked for leading healthcare communications agencies, patient NGOs and blue-chip companies, he has extensive experience in delivering PR programmes for international and UK clients. He studied pharmacology at King’s College London and brings high level strategic thinking, a creative approach and a flair for design to the team. When he’s not at 90TEN, he can be found out and about in the countryside on his motorbike.
Alison heads up 90TEN Medical and is an experienced business leader with over 15 years’ experience translating scientific content into credible and compelling communications for a range of health clients. Alison has a PhD in Medicine from the University of Sydney and undertook a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Southern California. Outside of work Alison loves exploring the world with India being a favourite destination.
With a degree in biochemistry, Claire loves working on some of the most life-changing therapies. Claire brings a competitive streak and a big smile to 90TEN. She can be found exploring London’s best eateries and planning her next scuba diving trip.
Head of Behavioural Science
Mark loves telling a beautifully crafted story. This means at 90TEN he is busy ensuring all content is not only scientifically robust but compelling too. Outside of work, following the success of his debut published novel, he is immersed in writing his next one.
Sabrina is Head of Client Services, supporting the teams’ delivery against client objectives and establishing strong, mutually respectful partnerships. She particularly prides herself on strategic, creative thinking and when she’s not delivering highly creative healthcare campaigns she can be found crafting her own jewellery or making bespoke designs for others.
Stephanie loves working with people from different places and with different perspectives. This drives her passion for developing global healthcare communications programmes, and she has been involved in a number of high profile global launches and campaigns throughout her career. When she’s not putting her love of language to use at work, she’s putting it to use on her travels.
Niamh brings experience working on global creative campaigns and medical education programmes. Niamh loves to nurture happy, excellent teams, and foster close relationships with her clients. In her spare time she can be found sampling the delights of the latest restaurant to open, or at the theatre.
Phil is passionate about how the latest scientific developments can help to improve people’s lives. Outside of work he divides his time between going to gigs and trying to entertain his son.
James’ unique approach means he loves to do things differently and is always looking to produce standout work that will make a difference.
Heading up 90TEN’s data visualisation offer, he has a passion for bringing science to life and making it accessible to all audiences. When he’s not writing, he can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen or sampling rum down the pub.
With a background in media and broadcast, Amy brings a love for news, social affairs and patient engagement to the 90TEN team. When not searching for the next big trend, Amy can be found in the markets of East London trying all the foodie delights the capital has to offer.
Sarah’s passion is patient advocacy and her obsession is improving lives through impactful campaigns that inspire and help people deal with what life has thrown at them. She brings fun, energy and enthusiasm to her work and to those around her. After work Sarah re-energises in a gritty East-end boxing club, having recently taken up white collar boxing to fundraise for various charities including Kidney Research UK.
Jenny uses behaviour change techniques to develop highly strategic campaigns for her clients that drive results and ultimately change lives, injecting fun and a smile along the way. Outside of work, Jenny has a passion for the great outdoors and can often be found either on a beach in Cornwall or hiking around her home in Bristol.
Along with her psychology background, Danielle uses her commitment and passion for all things healthcare to deliver highly impactful campaigns. When she’s not doing that, you can find her eating her way around the world, one country at a time.
Ruth is passionate about translating complex science into compelling stories, and brings experience in product, patient engagement and corporate communications across a range of therapy areas. Outside of work, as a keen triathlete, Ruth can be found swim-bike-running her way around London.
With a degree in biology, Zoe enjoys bringing together her scientific knowledge and passion for communication to deliver creative campaigns that change lives. Outside of work you’ll find Zoe training for her next sporting event and trying to keep her ever growing plant collection alive.
Sophie has a passion for creating communications programmes that support patient empowerment in areas of unmet medical need, particularly those burdened with stigma and misunderstanding. Outside of the office Sophie can be found filling up on good food in London’s best restaurants or burning off the calories at a local spin class.
With a degree in Cell Biology and a background in global media relations, Georgie enjoys making complex science compelling and simple. When Georgie isn’t in the office she can be found in the gym or baking cakes… as long as MasterChef isn’t on telly. Or the Great British Bake Off.
Rebecca has a masters in politics – which means she is passionate about working on campaigns that make a real difference to people’s lives. When she’s not in the 90TEN office, Rebecca usually has her nose in a good book or can be found working her way through a Netflix series.
Chloe’s degree in Human Biology instilled in her an interest not just in the science of health but also how society and culture impact our biology. Outside of work Chloe enjoys playing netball with friends (despite not having the height for it) and podcasts that ask questions such as… Do we own the property rights to our own organs?
With a degree in neuroscience, Rosie uses her love of the brain and all things healthcare to manage a variety of medical education activities. Outside of the office she spends her time exploring London and planning her next trip to the sunshine.
With a love for science, medicine, the arts and creativity, Lorraine has found her dream job in medical communications which allows her to feel the great satisfaction that comes with making patient’s lives better. Lorraine also has a deep-seeded passion for all things dance and musical theatre, and in her spare time, you are just as likely to find her on the stage as in the stalls.
Meghan enjoys combining her competing love interests of science and writing to create beautiful and inspirational content. Outside of work, Meghan can be found exploring new places in London, playing with her dog Bowie or daydreaming (more often than not) about skiing.
A keen eye for detail and a questioning mind, Loni loves the challenge of marrying clients’ strategy with the medical minutiae to create and manage programs that challenge the status quo. A keen sailor, when not himself afloat, Loni is often found trying to float tall, salty-dog tales in seaside taverns to anyone who’ll listen.
With a passion for communicating science, Jack loves making disease biology and other medical concepts accessible for media and consumers. Out of the office, Jack enjoys long walks followed by discovering cosy pubs to hole up in.
Tom’s passion for science and all things healthcare, combined with his enthusiastic work ethic make him a great asset to the medical education team. Outside of work, you’re most likely to find him flipping around in the gym.
After finishing her degree in Biological Sciences by Research, Nilufer wanted to use her scientific knowledge outside of the lab and work on creative and life-changing campaigns. Outside of work, she likes to tick off countries on her travel bucket list, hanging out with friends or eating chocolate.
With a passion for improving people’s lives, Annie helps the account team to deliver life changing healthcare campaigns. Outside of work you can find her topping up her tan in the park and listening to ABBA on repeat.
With a degree in genetics, Iain is passionate about bringing great science and healthcare together to help those who need it most.
Outside of the office, Iain can usually be found spending way too much money going to gigs or shouting with anguish at the TV when Rangers are playing.
With a background in clinical trials and a passion for communicating, Nick brings his skills to 90TEN to deliver life-changing healthcare campaigns. In his spare time Nick can usually be found on a yoga mat furthering his practice or getting stuck in to his latest music discovery.
Bruna is originally from sunny Croatia, and is passionate about multimedia health journalism with experience in producing content for the BBC and MailOnline and creating a male breast cancer documentary. Outside work Bruna is found drinking coffee and progressing her initiative for tackling youth unemployment.
With a background in biomedical science, James brings his passion for cancer research to 90TEN. In his spare time, James likes to kayak the waterways of the UK, and follow this with a trip to a newly discovered tavern.
Christina is passionate about using the knowledge gained from her degree in Medical Biochemistry to help bring life changing medicines to people in need. Outside of work, you can find Christina playing football or touring the world through her tastebuds.
With a degree in infectious diseases, Grant is committed to improving public health through life changing communications. After moving down from sunny Scotland, Grant spends his weekends scouting London’s best shopping streets and rooftop bars.
With a degree in Anthropology, Georgia is passionate about understanding health from a sociocultural perspective. When she is not in the office, Georgia can be found dancing to the early morning in Soho or shamelessly bingeing a good series of Real Housewives.
With a keen eye on the numbers, Duncan is responsible for leading the commercial and financial operations of the 90TEN business. When Duncan is not crunching numbers, most of his time is spent being a football coach, a swimming teacher, a maths tutor and a taxi driver to his five children.
Marc has a background in accounting in the media and entertainment industry, PR and the financial sector. Beyond crunching numbers, he can be found on a bike, or playing Sudoku, Scrabble or chess.
