Industry veteran Joy Brownstein joins firm with 30+ years of experience in biopharma to help lead growing business
September 1, 2022, FAIRFIELD, CT, US – Global healthcare communications consultancy 90TEN, part of Envision Pharma Group, today announced it has hired industry veteran Joy Brownstein as part of its expanding growth plans in the US market.
Previously a consultant at 90TEN, Brownstein will report to Kate Paxton, US Head, 90TEN, and will continue to be a key leader of current client business. Brownstein will also work with Paxton on the continued growth of 90TEN’s US operation, leveraging the existing rich resources within Envision Pharma Group for US client needs and showcasing 90TEN and its unique culture and approach.

Brownstein has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communications, working at agencies like BCW, Syneos Health, and Ketchum on product communications, advocacy relations, corporate communications, and issues management. Her clients have included biotech companies, pharmaceutical organizations, medical device companies, healthcare providers, third party disease awareness and patient advocacy groups.
Brownstein’s work has won numerous awards; these include a Gold SABRE Award for the Best Public Education Campaign of the Year for the “T2 Dance Crew” which was a diabetes campaign for Janssen Pharmaceuticals in partnership with the Diabetes Hands Foundation and the television program, So You Think You Can Dance.
