Our people make us who we are. But we don’t just hire the best people, we also make sure we keep them and this means we provide consistency for our clients.
Above all we do the right thing for the patients and people we help. This is what makes 90TEN, 90TEN.
Paul leads the strategy and direction of the agency. His passion is in creating programmes that improve people’s lives. He believes that when people are actively involved in creating solutions for their community, that change becomes effortless. With a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing, Paul started his career in FMCG marketing before moving into healthcare 15-years ago. His experience spans medical education, public relations, advocacy and patient engagement, working for UK, European and global clients. He’s always open to meeting up over a coffee to discuss brand and business challenges and possible solutions. Outside of work, Paul loves to ski, swim and do anything he can to avoid DIY.
Carole runs the agency. She has over 33-years’ experience in PR, working across technology, software, retail, NHS, health and patient advocacy groups. But her heart lies in health and, particularly, the psychology behind beliefs and behaviours. She heads 90TEN adherence, provides thought leadership across client accounts, drinks a lot of coffee, and is happy to meet up for a stimulating chat, help with a difficult problem or to discuss future opportunities for the business. Outside the office she enjoys long walks with her working cocker spaniel, Dexter, and spends considerable time trying to stop her teenage daughter from adding more pets into the household.
Victoria heads up the medical education team at 90TEN and has a flair for delivering innovative, collaborative education programmes for healthcare professionals. Her extensive experience in over-seeing UK, European and global programmes for international pharmaceutical companies, coupled with a PhD in pharmacology from King’s College London ensures Victoria brings to the team a high level of scientific and strategic thinking alongside a passion for delivery excellence. Outside of 90TEN, she has two children who take up most of her spare time.
Peter leads the 90TEN PR team and heads 90TEN Ideation. Having worked for leading healthcare communications agencies, patient NGOs and blue-chip companies, he has extensive experience in delivering PR programmes for international and UK clients. He studied pharmacology at King’s College London and brings high level strategic thinking, a creative approach and a flair for design to the team. When he’s not at 90TEN, he can be found out and about in the countryside on his motorbike.
Claire LongAssociate Director
With a degree in biochemistry, Claire loves working on some of the most life-changing therapies. Claire brings a competitive streak and a big smile to 90TEN. She can be found exploring London’s best eateries and planning her next scuba diving trip.
Mandi Watty-MillerSenior Account Director
Mandi is full of energy inside and outside of work, always striving to deliver excellent client services. Mandi loves to travel and, when she’s not delivering client excellence, can be found shouting on a spin bike.
Paula HenslerScientific Team Lead
Paula provides scientific advice and dedicates her working time to researching and writing a myriad of medical education materials. She is still trying to find the perfect pair of high heels while mathematically scheduling clubs for her son and trekking in hot climates.
Sophie MansfieldAccount Director
Sophie uses her psychology background to engage stakeholders through meaningful messaging and relevant channels. When she’s not saving the world, one press release at a time, she can be found riding her horse or wondering what it would be like to sleep in past 6am.
Will BadgerAccount Director
Will places great emphasis on the value of everyone’s time – he directs accounts, partnerships and company operations in a manner that ensures time invested is time well spent. When not meditating on next month’s capacity plan, he’ll be plotting his next private venture or an escape to the countryside where he was born and raised.
Mark HermanAccount Director
Mark directs 90TEN’s award-winning medical education programmes and is passionate about the complex emotional and psychological interaction between people. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen and wowing the team with his flamboyant leftovers.
Jenny SquibbsAccount Director
Jenny uses her scientific background combined with her passion for healthcare to develop and manage campaigns that go above and beyond the brief. When not on her bike in Richmond Park, she can be found on a farm in Shropshire or in the deepest, darkest depths of Cornwall.
James DugganPrinciple Medical Writer
James loves to try different things. At work it means looking for original ways to tell clinical stories. Outside of work, James loves travelling to new places and discovering unusual food and flavour combinations.

With many years’ experience in research science, Niall helps create the content for 90TEN’s medical education programmes. When not working, he spends his time thinking about music, literature and food.

With a background in media and broadcast, Amy brings a love for news, social affairs and patient engagement to the 90TEN team. When not searching for the next big trend, Amy can be found in the markets of East London trying all the foodie delights the capital has to offer.

Danielle’s strengths lie in her commitment and passion to deliver highly impactful health campaigns. When she’s not doing that, you can find her eating her way around the world, blogging as she goes.

Catherine is an organisational expert and a key member of the medical education project delivery team. Her degree in neuroscience has given her a good grounding in all things science. In her spare time she gravitates back to her hometown to horse ride in the New Forest and sail in the Solent.

Marc has accounting backgrounds in the media and entertainment industry, PR and the financial sector. Beyond crunching numbers, he can be found on a bike, or playing soduko, algebra, scrabble or chess. He is also the treasurer of a local charity.
